It comes from grains of first maturity, when their color green turns slightly yellow. The grains are then dried in the sun for several days until complete fermentation which will give it its black color. It develops strong aromas and delicate. Its very intense taste, spicy and sweet at the same time reveals fresh and floral notes of eucalyptus and mint fresh. It has a strong mouthfeel and goes well with all dishes. A recommendation for red meat, sauces and salads. CONDITIONING - The pepper is packaged in plastic-coated kraft bags with fresh closure for 45g and 100g formats. - The 500g and 1kg formats are packaged in sealed bags without closure.
