Kampot Flower Salt - 1kg

Kampot sea salt flower is a natural, unwashed product after harvest, unrefined and without additives. The attack in the mouth is more powerful than that of Guérande. For 30 kilos of coarse salt produced, one kilo of fleur de sel is harvested. The marine origin as well as the harvesting techniques used provide this fleur de sel with high levels of magnesium bio-available as well as calcium, potassium and trace elements. Thanks to a low sodium content, the fleur de sel will sublimate the taste of the ingredients without denaturing them. To be used after cooking. CONDITIONING - The salt is packaged in plasticized kraft bags with closure freshness for the 50g and 100g formats. - The 1kg format is packaged in sachets sealed without closure.
