White pepper comes from fully ripe grains (bright red). Soaked for a few days in a water bath after harvest, the pericarp dissolves naturally. The white grain is then dried under the sun. This method makes it possible to obtain a pepper much more interesting in taste than the “standard” white pepper obtained by mechanical shelling of dry black pepper. He develops a powerful bouquet and delicate aromas. Its intense spicy taste hides notes of fresh herbs and lemon. Recommended for fish, seafood, poultry, broths, sauces, vegetables… CONDITIONING - The pepper is packaged in plastic-coated kraft bags with fresh closure for 45g and 100g formats. - The 500g and 1kg formats are packaged in sealed bags without closure.
