Long red pepper pearls - 1kg

These pearls come from fresh long red pepper (fully ripe). Crushed then degrained manually, we obtain small pearls which releases aromas of gingerbread, saffron, liquorice, cloves, cinnamon but also blond tobacco, dried tomato. CONDITIONING - The pepper is packaged in plastic-coated kraft bags with fresh closure for 45g and 100g formats. - The 500g and 1kg formats are packaged in sealed bags without closure.
