Kampot red pepper is harvested when the grains have arrived when fully ripe, of a bright red color. This spice, extremely rare, is harvested grain by grain manually on the bunches of peppers then dried in the sun. Moderately spicy, it develops powerful fruity aromas. Its taste complements that spicy and ripe black pepper with sweet notes of berries wood, honey, vanilla, caramel. You can enjoy it with pasta, salads, meats such as beef, pork, duck but also with desserts such as compotes, pies, chocolate mousse, ice cream… CONDITIONING - The pepper is packaged in plastic-coated kraft bags with fresh closure for 45g and 100g formats. - The 500g and 1kg formats are packaged in sealed bags without closure.
