WHOLE ROUND RICE demeter (1 kg)

Demeter Italian round rice, rich in minerals and fibers. A real basic ingredient in organic cooking, it can be used in many recipes. RECIPE Rice with seaweed: pour a drizzle of olive oil into a saucepan with 1 chopped onion, brown over high heat. Add 1 carrot, 1 kombou seaweed sheet. Add 1 measure of rice, mix then pour over 2 measures of water, salt, bring to the boil. Cook over low heat on 1 heat diffuser for 50 minutes without lifting the lid.
