This Pinot Gris, rich in aromas, is of exceptional power and longevity. The Pinot Gris berries were harvested when overripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the traditional harvest. It is a sweet wine: the jewel of Alsace. A fine and elegant wine, with a beautiful bright yellow color. It expresses candied, apricot and orange notes.
