Panco is the story of 3 friends who, after a trip to the United States, and the discovery of potato buns, decided to make their own French-style potato bun. Light and soft, Panco is the link between a French brioche and an American bun.
Recommended for smash burgers, hot or cold sandwiches, our buns are made in France by our artisan bakers with Label Rouge® flour, without additives, and with a 30-day shelf life.
Panco is available in 60 or 80 g for a perfect balance between bread and toppings, as in the true American tradition, go for the probably best hamburger bun.
