After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our vermicelli are produced by hand using extrusion and then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). Our vermicelli cooks quickly (2 to 4 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually. Manufacturing process: Extrusion and drying at low temperature. Suggestions: Dip the vermicelli into your simmering broth and cook to your liking for between 2 and 4 minutes. No GMO, no colorings, no preservatives, no ionization.
