Located in the heart of Cantal, we select our cheeses directly from our neighboring producers, respecting the traditions and terroir of the Auvergne region.
Our objective: to promote local farming expertise and offer an authentic selection of the 5 great AOP cheeses of Auvergne.
We work hand in hand with family and artisanal farms, including Julien, producer of Saint-Nectaire fermier AOP and partner in the Paysans des Volcans adventure.
This collaboration guarantees perfect control of quality, from the milk to the maturing process, for cheeses with a unique and sincere taste.
