Ripasso is an exceptional wine from a unique vineyard, located in a former marl quarry at an altitude of 450 metres. Its flavor stands out for aromas of ripe red fruits, soft tannins and a persistent finish. After an initial fermentation in steel vats, this wine undergoes a second fermentation with Amarone skins for fifteen days at the end of February. Then it matures in old oak barrels for about 24 months, followed by a 6-month bottle rest, creating a unique wine experience.
