This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Presa or loin of acorn-fed Iberian pork made from the piece called presa, ball or loin. These pieces are salted by hand, seasoned with marinade and black pepper in an artisanal way, stuffed in natural casings so that each piece is unique, and dried in fireplaces, caressed by the fire of the oak. These pieces rest in the natural dryers for four to six months to reach the perfect state of maturation. Its great infiltration of fat means that once cured it acquires that juiciness, much superior to many loins. Very soft texture. Balanced flavor and exquisite bouquet. Products traditionally made with 100% top quality raw materials. Store in a cool and dry place.
