This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Lazana cheese is an Asturian refined cow's cheese, made entirely by hand. It is a camembert or brie type cheese, made of soft cow paste, refined and with a washed natural rind. Very suitable to take with toasted nuts, with all kinds of salads, in hot breads and gratins, enhancing the flavor of the dishes. Milk: pasteurized cow. Presentation: whole piece.
