A honey on the roof

All our honeys are potted with a spoon after a slow hot maturation. They are not heated during this stage so as not to destroy the crystals and the aromas of the honey. The honey produced by the bees never comes from syrup, we always leave enough honey for them so that they do not need to be fed. Variety: Flower honey Specificities:: Hives located around the winery.
