Organic arrowroot flour

The gluten-free and odorless arrowroot flour is obtained from a tropical root. It is easy to digest and is high in fiber. The organic arrowroot flour from Planet Nature is ideal for thickening sauces, soups, desserts and much more. It is also easy to use for gluten-free baking. Use: stir 2 teaspoons of arrowroot flour into 250 ml of cold liquid and bring to the boil briefly. Egg substitute: 3 tablespoons of arrowroot flour and 1 tablespoon of water are used for each egg. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts, sesame and soy due to production.
