Organic soy flour

The organic soy flour is a gluten-free flour and is made from the soybean. In addition to its good properties for baking, cooking and desserts, it contains important nutrients. For 1 egg, mix 1 tbsp soy flour with 2 tbsp water. Contains SOY. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts and sesame due to production.
