This smoked salt is made from the mixture of Italian sea salt and smoke. Due to the ham-like taste, it has found its fans, especially among vegans and vegetarians. As the name suggests, our Swabian smoked salt is smoked here in Swabia for a week using cold smoking over beech and fir branches.
