Eleonore - AOP Corbières Red - 2021

ELEONORE is a name inspired by history, a woman with a strong character, leading and independent of the Middle Ages. It is a full-bodied red wine typical of our Corbières region. The grapes in a schist soil located at altitude; Harvested from selected vines (Grenache Noir, Syrah and Carignan); Traditional destemmed vinification and aging in oak barrels. All this gives it a purple hue; a nose on toasted notes of spices and violet. It is a cuvée that transports us with its delicate notes of cherries and morello cherry jelly. The palate is well balanced with a nice structure. The finish is supported by nice tannins. Languedoc-Roussillon Syrah, Grenache, Carignan Red, 75CL
