Apolline - AOP Corbières Red - 2020

APOLLINE is a name inspired by the Greek goddess, the power of the sun like the radiation of wine. It is a typical red wine from our Corbières region. The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils, not very fertile but well drained; Harvested from selected vines (Grenache Noir, Syrah and Carignan); Traditional destemmed vinification with wine partially aged in barrels. All this gives it a taste of red fruits, mocha and spices. It is a wine with a rich but balanced taste followed by a woody touch at the end... Languedoc-Roussillon Syrah, Grenache, Carignan Red, 75CL
