Baby Squid in Olive Oil - Format OL-85

Cooked squid, stuffed with their own arms and preserved in olive oil. Real Conservera's baby squid come from Patagonian squid from the Atlantic Ocean and we prepare it manually in our facilities, to ensure that we offer a perfectly prepared preserve, with an intense flavor and an elegant presentation. Once the squids arrive at our plant, they are manually cleaned and the skin, wings, viscera, eyes and mouth are removed. Then, they are turned over and the peritoneum is removed. Once clean, they are stuffed with their own tentacles. Afterwards, they are cooked in pans, washed and packed manually. Packaging is a very traditional job. Real Conservera's squid are available with two different coatings: in olive oil and in ink. Both made with homemade products, nothing industrial. On the one hand, we offer baby squid in olive oil. The covering liquid is 85% refined and 15% virgin olive oil. On the other hand, we sell baby squid in its ink. The covering liquid is a sauce made from a traditional recipe with olive oil, cephalopod ink and natural ingredients. The ink is made in our own kitchen, like the rest of our sauces. Canned squid should be kept in dry places at room temperature. These preserves are kept in perfect condition for 4 and 6 years. To taste our squid, we recommend that you eat it directly without preparation or prepare it with a rich creamy rice and pair it with white wine.
