ORGANIC HOMEMADE MUSTARD 200G FROM ÎLE DE RÉ. It is a balanced mustard, with mustard seeds, seeds which come from Charente Maritime. The seeds are immersed in brine for 4 to 6 weeks. The shorter the fermentation the stronger the mustard will be and the longer the fermentation the less strong the mustard will be, it all depends on the seeds and what we want. Everything is done in our own laboratory. All our savory products are produced, processed and packaged on the Ile de Ré by our team in our laboratory.
