This highland tea from southern Vietnam is harvested in spring and has more advantages of green than black tea. It is only very lightly fermented by rolling and breaking the dried leaves. The result: a jade-green leaf that has been twisted into a spherical shape. In the cup, the tea glows green-golden, the fragrance and taste are flowery and fresh with subtly sweet undertones. Preparation: Calculate one liter of very hot, no longer boiling water for 3-5 teaspoons of leaves. Let the infusion steep for 3-4 minutes. Drink it neat, several infusions are possible. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and light-tight place.
