Habanero & Pineapple BBQ Jam

This Jam can be used as either a dipping sauce for cheese or meat or used as a glaze before roasting meat. This Habanero & Pineapple Jam is one of our hottest as it uses habanero mash which has a deep & hot chilli flavour. Our Habanero & Pineapple Jam uses habanero mash for the spice and pineapple to create the perfect balance of sweet & spicy. We recommend using this jam as a glaze for pork belly but can also be used as a dipping sauce for cheese, sausages, or charcuterie. This Habanero & Pineapple Jam is part of our wider British BBQ Range. They are specifically paired to work with certain meats and fish and not to overpower. The BBQ Jams are to be used as a condiment or a last-minute glaze. The selection includes a sweet, spicy & medium spice jam. Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, these salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours. With fellow Cotswold’s producer, Cotswold Gold, the BBQ Oils can be used to cover the meat before and baste during grilling.
