Gozauri Saperavi Reserve 2015 Gozauri Saperavi Réserve 2015 is a gem of Georgian viticulture, grown in the prestigious Kakheti wine region, more precisely in the Kindzmarauli micro-zone. This wine, from a moderate continental climate, is a limited edition, made exclusively from the Saperavi grape variety, coming from our own vineyards. With a controlled yield of 5 to 6 tonnes per hectare, this vintage dry red wine offers exceptional concentration and quality. With an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​and a vintage of 2015, Gozauri Saperavi is ready to enjoy now, but also promises exceptional aging potential, improving over the decades. Total production is limited to 11,000 0.75L bottles, making it a valuable acquisition for any wine lover. Vinification: The Gozauri Saperavi 2015 was developed with particular attention. After a green harvest in August, the grapes were harvested by hand in September and then carefully sorted. The natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the delicate management of the cap and the aging in oak barrels for 10 months give this wine remarkable complexity and depth.
