Gozauri Saperavi 2015 The Gozauri Saperavi 2015 is an authentic expression of the unique terroir of the Kakheti wine region, located in the Kindzmarauli micro-zone. This wine, grown in a moderate continental climate, is a single vineyard product, managed and owned by our estate. Made exclusively from the Saperavi grape variety, it comes from our vineyards, where a yield of 6 to 7 tonnes per hectare is carefully maintained to ensure the supreme quality of the fruit. With a total production of 15,000 0.75 liter bottles, this dry red wine from the 2015 vintage has an alcohol content of 12.5%. Its winemaking process demonstrates a commitment to quality and authenticity. The grapes, harvested by hand and carefully sorted, underwent fermentation in open 225 liter barrels, with maceration for 20 days, followed by aging in stainless steel vats for 10 months. This wine was coarsely filtered before bottling and matured for a further 6 months in our cellar.
