Winter Sun Jam (Sweet Orange and Périgord Pepper)

Our grandmothers' jam is back, a magical alchemy of orange, sugar, salt and spices. We have dared to create clever blends to excite your taste buds and have given it the sweet name of “Winter Sun”. In our workshop we took the time to make you a sweet and warm jam like a childhood memory. Improvisation was not appropriate, because as Georges Sand said: “Making jam is as serious as writing a book.”
