Organic honey from the Andes Cordillera 250g

Organic Honey from the Andes Cordillera is a brown honey in which we find the following floral species: Quillay (Soap Bark Tree, Quillaja Saponaria), Liter (Lithraea caustica) and Corontillo (Escallonia pulveranta). It is a powerful honey, called "animal", fresh with its acid notes but also sweet with notes of liquorice, caramel as well as a woody touch reminiscent of the earth and the forest. Organic Honey from the Andes Cordillera is produced in the San Fernando region, in the Sierra de Bellavista, known as "The Swiss Alps of Chile". It is a mid-mountain forest honey, with the presence of honeydew (like Fir honey or part of chestnut honey). Its strength and power allow it to be used in cooked dishes, pastries, sauces, caramelization of meats. Beautiful viscosity of reddish-brown color. Very, very slow coarse crystallization.
