
History of the XV: April 10, 2011: After weeks of preparation, I participated in the Paris marathon (my 3rd). Around the 25th KM, cramps start! I finished in slow motion in 3h47. I decide to consult a nutritionist, sports doctor. April 15, 2012: Annecy Marathon in the rain and cold 3h23 without cramps! Since then, I have continued to see this doctor once a year. During a consultation, he told me to take olive oil, rapeseed oil, and walnut oil every day. I decide to make a Salad Sauce while respecting the oil proportions. Over time, in light of my readings, I add ingredients for my nutritional well-being. “The XV was born.” I made 3 liters and started again when there was no more!
