Juniper, lemongrass and grapefruit peel are placed in the finest, purest alcohol, which extracts the aroma and flavor of the herbs to their full potential. The vacuum still is then distilled particularly gently until the masterpiece is ready for bottling. And then? Then spoil your nose at home with the freshness of citrus scents, which mix harmoniously with the aromas of violet roots and cranberries. The highlight is of course the taste, which is also dominated by citrus, but also allows floral notes with a hint of lavender. This wonderful organic specialty should be enjoyed at room temperature. The gin is mixed with a neutral-tasting tonic to create a perfect long drink. Add a slice of lime to the glass - done! Its artisan processing: We distil our dry gin under vacuum and in particularly small batches. The distillate then has sufficient resting time so that the aromas can combine and harmonize particularly well. Botanicals: Juniper, lemon and grapefruit peel, orange, lavender blossom, violet and angelica roots, cranberries, bee balm and lemongrass result in an extremely good gin that can be enjoyed neat at room temperature.
