The fruits for this noble fruit brandy come exclusively from the region in which we are rooted: from the Vogelsberg and from the Rhöner Land. The fruit that is harvested here for our brandy and then gently distilled is fully ripe and juicy. The "mild plum" gets its certain something by adding pure plum juice to the distillate. This makes the brandy particularly fruity, gives it a full-bodied, delicious taste and, last but not least, reduces the alcohol content to a "mild" 35 percent. The aroma of this spirit is incomparably fruity, the composition of taste is a round, fine pleasure that crowns every meal and every occasion. So that the full potential of this brand can unfold, we recommend a drinking temperature of between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. The "Milde Zwetschge" is enjoyed in a particularly stylish way from an original fine fruit brandy glass. Surprisingly soft and intensely fruity plum notes cover the palate and remain on the tongue for a long time thanks to the full-bodiedness.
