With the Prune brandy [prune: English term for plum] we complete our distinctive brandy family. 

The plum is the last of the four brandy classics, reinterpreted by us in Scheibel style. 

The special feature of our recipe lies, among other things, in the use of Zibarten, a wild plum variety that produces particularly characterful and expressive distillates with beautiful aromas. 

Distilled at our Alte Zeit distillery and rounded off with various ingredients, of course while maintaining the unique and unmistakable brandy character.    SENSORS The smell is of a compote-like scent of plums. 

The taste has delicately accentuated plum aromas with light marzipan and spice nuances, which gradually become more intense and end in a long, beautiful finish. PLEASURE TIP Drink this brandy neat or as a digestif with dessert - simply a pleasure! Serving temperature: 16-18°C
