Mild raspberry

Mild raspberry 35% vol. The original Schlitzer raspberry spirit even softer and milder. This noble fruit brandy is a treat for everyone who loves the spirit of the fruit in a clear spirit, but would like to forego a few percent of the alcohol content. The basis for the full-bodied creation is our classic raspberry spirit. For the mild version, the alcohol content is reduced to 35 percent. Of course, this does not detract from the wonderfully fruity taste, on the contrary. The fruit notes of this brand are particularly intense and are rounded off with a touch of vanilla in an elegant and convincing manner. In order to be able to create such a perfect pleasure, every step requires the greatest attention and care: It starts with the harvesting of the fruit, continues with the distillation and does not end with the controlled storage in sealed clay jars. Because the “mild raspberry” gets the final touch at home. There it should ideally be served at a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees and enjoyed from an original fine fruit brandy glass. A fine, soft and particularly intense raspberry note spreads over the palate for a long time. You might think you're drinking liquid berries in a glass. Very strong but not overpowering scent. The fine aromas and a fresh and soothing mouthfeel remain in the finish.
