Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, sour cherries and also the fruits of the elder bush are part of this pleasure batch, which already convinces in the nose with its fruity intensity. Particularly interesting is the interplay between slightly tart and then again pleasantly sweet components, which sometimes swings to one side, sometimes to the other on the palate. To produce this organic liqueur, the experts from the distillery in Schlitz only use juices from fruits from local forests.
