Only the best and most aromatic pears of the "Williams Christ" variety are crushed and carefully mashed in our distillery. When the fructose has then turned into alcohol, we use careful traditional craftsmanship to extract the soul of the pear - figuratively speaking, of course. The corresponding distillate finally forms the basis of this spirit, which envelops both the nose and the palate with the wonderfully soft aroma of fully ripe pears. Full-bodied, intense, round and long-lasting, the "Milde Pear" guarantees a great sensual experience. In order for this clear brandy to be able to develop its full lush potential, more is required than "just" a careful production and maturing process. In the nose you can already find the clearly defined Williams pear note. When tasting, the taste of juicy Williams pears spreads throughout the palate. The strong, but alcohol-reduced aroma remains pleasant for some time.
