Cantonese cuisine is the most famous regional cuisine in China and is cooked in most Chinese restaurants around the world. It has its origins in southern Guangdong, where it is traditionally sweet and is cooked spicy. Lou Mei actually describes dishes that cooked in a master floor, the “perfect broth” were.
