 How to use Organic Dried Pepper: - as a spice at the end of cooking or added to salads - as an aperitif eat raw, sweet and sour or fried - hydrated as an ingredient or added during cooking Recipe: Pasta with "brans" In a bowl, mix the Secco Bio peppers with a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil. 

Place the oiled peppers in a hot non-stick pan for a few seconds, add salt and arrange them wide to cool. 

Separately, brown the garlic and breadcrumbs. 

Add the pasta cooked al dente and add the peppers which will have become crunchy.
