 How to use Organic Dried Leek: - as a spice at the end of cooking or added to salads - as an aperitif eat raw, sweet and sour or fried - hydrated as an ingredient or added during cooking Recipe: Leek and lemon linguine While bringing the linguine water to the boil, hydrate the organic dried leek in half a glass of water for 10 minutes. 

Brown the leek in a pan with garlic, salt and pepper. 

Add the linguine cooked al dente to the sauce, adding cooking water and lemon juice.
