Calabrian Laurel, 12g

Laurel is a well-known and appreciated aromatic herb. Harvested and dried in the Crati Valley, the bay leaves are simply packaged in jars, without the addition of preservatives. This preserves all its freshness and its consistency unaltered. Uses in the kitchen Laurel is used to flavor various dishes: soups, meats (especially game) and fish, cooked in the oven or on the grill. Suitable for marinating meat or making fish fillets.
