In its sliced format keep cold between 4º-10º. TASTING NOTE With an intense flavor due to its special preparation and curing process, the nuances of the natural spices and paprika used in its preparation are clearly appreciated. PAIRING We recommend pairing the Segundín Acorn-fed Iberico Chorizo with full-bodied young wines, in which the presence of tannins is noticeable, or with a fruity red wine with marked acidity that counteracts the fat of the chorizo.
