It is a tender and crumbly nougat, roughly cut like a stone, and obviously composed of local honey, almonds and grapes and dried apricots macerated in Cognac BARON OTAR VSOP from the "Château Cognac" House. Our sweets are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, without artificial flavors and without preservatives.
