Let yourself be tempted by our specialty and local curiosity which refers to the stones of our commune, composed mainly of limestone and also of iron oxide which gives it this particular salmon-pink hue. The Pink Nougat also called Pierre de Montin is one of our Bestsellers. It is a tender and crumbly nougat, coarsely cut like a stone, and obviously composed of local honey, almonds and dried cranberries. Our sweets are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, without artificial flavors and without preservatives.
