Organic Salchichon from Sueno de Alba Ganadera. Organic Salchichon made using meat from organic free-ranging pigs mixed black pepper, nothing else. Traditional holm oak smoking and cured in natural wood curing sheds. No transgenic products, no preservatives, no colourings and Organic certified by the EU (ES-ECO-002-AR ).
