Blend No.6 Za'atar - Can be traced back to biblical times and is used heavily in the Middle East. A wonderfully fragrant spice. As a BBQ rub it's right up there, it is just not that well known to many of us. Has a light touch and works well with many food types, serve off the grill with warm flat breads and a simple salad.
