Blend No.24 Malay Satay Spice-50g Pouch

Malay Satay Spice No.24 – A dish many of us are familiar with it originates from Indonesia and is popular in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Usually served on skewers in a sauce we have also included a recipe which is close to a curry. Can be used with a wide variety of meats, our version is based on classic spices and our recipe will be familiar to many who like a takeaway which incorporates coconut and peanut flavours. We simply had to make this blend as David would happily drink this sauce on its own.
