Blend No.8 Merguez - Has its roots in North West Africa, popular in both the Middle East & Europe. Sometimes found in sausages, as a flavour it has got a beautiful aromatic quality that we felt can work as a rub or as a meal maker. Try it as a BBQ rub and we are sure you will agree, it is just too good to be limited to a sausage, although they taste great too. It has a well-rounded flavour and we like to serve it with roasted vegetables or on potato wedges. As a main dish we think we have got a winner here.
