Allspice d'Estelle, organic

Fruity, mildly spicy and the perfect complement to vegetables, meat and fish - this is our very own version of the French classic and favorite of gourmet chefs Piment d'Espelette. For our Piment d'Estelle we use highly aromatic chili peppers, which are dried using a special process after a long maturing period. This creates a very special aroma that should not be missing in any kitchen.
