Our mix of spices for Cochonnaille will inspire you, with its lemony aromas and Provencal notes. Paprika and Rosemary will bring a smoky side after cooking. The black pepper coming straight from India, will raise the final taste. The lemongrass will give a very surprising taste of freshness and round off the final taste notes. Not sure how to use this spice blend? Don't panic, just brush your meats (for example on a piece of pork) with a few pinches of the spice mix and olive oil, let stand 15-20 minutes. All you have to do is put it in the oven or put it on your barbecue.
