Our CHIPOLATAS spice blend is a ready-to-use seasoning for your ground meat dishes such as sausages, koftas or meatballs. There are many variations of this mixture depending on regional and personal preferences, so our mixture is based on easily identifiable and reassuring ingredients for successful grilling. To use it, simply add 23g to 27g of mix per 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mixing carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed with salt.
