To use it, simply add 30g to 34g of mix per 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mixing carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed with salt.
