
Our BASQUAISE spice blend is a ready-to-use seasoning for your ground meat dishes such as sausages, koftas or meatballs. With a subtle blend of spices and aromatic herbs and Espelette pepper, the Basquaise mixture has a rich and tasty taste thanks to the typical ingredients of Basque cuisine. To use it, simply add 43g to 47g of mix per 1 kg of meat, flesh or stuffing. Then dilute the mixture in white wine or water, before incorporating it into the meat, and mixing carefully. You can also use this spice blend as a marinade by adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to marinate your meat before cooking. This mixture is ready to use and is already dosed with salt.
